The story of this lovely association of entrepreneurial women from Concepción (hence the acronym Admedcon) dates back to 2018 when there were still no support plans for women entrepreneurs. Its objective is to develop activities with cultural, artisanal, and gastronomic impact. The association includes all women with the spirit and willingness to help others, from artisans to owners of rural hotels, from seamstresses to anyone who wants to collaborate with this beautiful project. They carry out activities of public interest such as film forums, sewing classes, and jewelry making.

By 2025, we will be a strengthened association where members are committed and have a strong sense of belonging to achieve the mission, and be recognized for our comprehensive work. The association will be a place where women are valued, recognized, admired, and economically rewarded, with roots founded on respect, honesty, equity, responsibility, and commitment.
MISSION
The motivation of our association is to reveal women as fighters who, together with their skills, can succeed and be recognized socially and economically, capable of achieving goals as entrepreneurs.
IDENTITY
This association was created with the idea of the municipal councilwomen, accompanied by the Secretary for Women of the Antioquia government, to unite and acknowledge women, giving them the value they deserve, working together to highlight their productivity, improve their quality of life, and turn them into entrepreneurs.
